Return
At Babaam you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself and it is important that the product is not used before a return is made, so the packaging must be unbroken.
Once your return has been received, it needs to be approved by Babaam. In the event of an invalid return, we will contact you via email.
When returning, you bear the risk of the item and it is therefore very important that the item is returned in an undamaged original packaging and that all accessories and manuals are also included. Please use the original box your order came in as the outer packaging when returning. Pack your return well and send your package traceable - NOTE! Not recommended, not Schenker.
Mark the return clearly with Babaam, Please include a note with your name and email address. and send the package to:
Refunds for received and approved returns will be made within 30 days.
Complaint
As a consumer, you have the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years after purchase, but within a reasonable time from the discovery of a defect. The right to complain applies to defects that can be traced back to the production of the product and therefore does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
Babaam reserves the right to first remedy the fault, secondly re-deliver the goods and finally buy back. Please contact our customer service regarding questions about complaints and returns at info@babaam.se Please note that Babaam is not responsible for return shipping.
In the event of any dispute, we will follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
