Great Earths Ashwagandha is vegan and contains 300 mg of Ashwagandha per capsule. Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is an herb that has long been used in Indian medicine for symptoms of fatigue, stress or physical exhaustion. The product also contains pantothenic acid, which contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

To facilitate the absorption of Ashwagandha, the dietary supplement is supplemented with the black pepper extract Bioperine.

Ashwagandha extract (root of Withania somnifera), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (veg. magnesium salt of fatty acids), medium chain triglycerides (from coconut), black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), pantothenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate).
