Ellen Probiotic Tampon Medium is a unique tampon enriched with probiotics that help maintain the natural pH value of the vagina. The probiotic consists of the same lactic acid bacteria that are naturally found in a woman's healthy vagina and that help keep the bad bacteria away. By using Ellen Probiotic Tampon, you add lactic acid bacteria that help maintain the natural pH value. Follow the instructions on the product/instructions for use.

Use

- Use Ellen Probiotic Tampon for at least two hours, but never for more than eight hours.

- Always change the tampon when it is saturated and adjust the size according to how heavily you bleed.

- The probiotic lactic acid bacteria (LN®) are applied to the center of the tampon and can be seen with the naked eye if you open the tampon. When the warm menstrual fluid moistens the tampon, the bacteria are transported to the surface and further into the vagina.

- It is important to use the right size tampon so that it is properly moistened so that the probiotic has time to come to the surface. A tampon that is “too dry” can also damage the mucous membranes in the vagina.

- Use Ellen Probiotic Tampon as much as you want during your period. The body only absorbs as much lactic acid bacteria as it needs. For optimal benefits, at least three tampons per day are recommended.

- Store at +2 degrees Celsius to +25 degrees Celsius.

Ellen Probiotic Tampon contains the same natural lactic acid bacteria that are normally found in a woman's healthy vaginal flora. Ellen's probiotic strains are called Lacto Naturel (LN®) a mix of three probiotic lactic acid bacteria strains: L. rhamnosus LN113, L. gasseri LN40 and L. fermentum LN99. The tampon consists of 100% viscose and the string is 100% cotton. The surface layer is 100% polypropylene. LN® lactic acid bacteria have been added to the viscose fibers. Ellen Probiotic Tampon has a smooth and fine surface layer that does not lint. Not chlorine bleached.
