Super Magnesium 375 mg contains 7 different forms of magnesium and is designed with Great Earth's mineral transport system Portamins for optimal absorption of minerals in the gastrointestinal tract. Portamins consists of easily soluble and easily absorbed mineral forms such as citrate, gluconate, ascorbate, malate, succinate and amino acid chelate. The amino acids help transport the minerals into the cells.

Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. It is also important for bone structure, muscle function and energy metabolism.
